Description Organisational chart DDPS

The DDPS is structured into five sectors: Defence, Civil Protection, Sports, armasuisse and the Federal Intelligence Service. The departmental sectors are directly accountable to the Head of Department. The General Secretariat supports the Head of Department in the many tasks for which he is responsible. The Office of the Military Attorney General conducts criminal proceedings that fall within military jurisdiction and is responsible for fulfilling the tasks of the military justice system efficiently and in accordance with the law.
