Independent Confidence Centre for Members of the Swiss Armed Forces

Members of the armed forces can turn to an independent Confidence Centre if they have problems in connection with their military service. This centre supplements the existing service.

The Independent Confidence Centre for Members of the Swiss Armed Forces

• is operational since 2022 and can be contacted directly and free of charge. It works independently, discreetly and without being bound by instructions;
• is available to enlisted, future and former members of the armed forces and also supports relatives and loved ones for concerns in connection with the military service;
• can make recommendations to the relevant departments of the armed forces and the military administration;
• treats all inquiries, in particular personal details, confidentially and only takes further steps with the express consent of the person seeking advice.
